周总理关于文艺工作讲话的发表,就象春风那么宜人,就象春雨那么及时。对于广大文艺工作者,是一种珍贵的启示,是一个莫大的敦促。人民敬爱的周总理离开人民已经三年了。而这个《在文艺工作座谈会和故事片创作会议上的讲话》更是十八年前的事了。有很多同志大概都记得,当我们在十几年前,听到1962年广州会议以及关于周总理这个《讲话》传达的时候,精神是多么振奋,又听到陈毅副总理在广州会议上讲话中提到的
