一、概述ST1高强度钛合金含7%Al、4%Mo,比强度大,耐热、耐蚀性良好,用作航空材料已有十多年的历史。由于用这种材料作飞机襟翼扭力杆,比用合金结构钢可减轻重量约40%。因此,在我国七○八工程设计中也选用了该材料作飞机襟翼扭力杆。此另件长期处于受扭状态下工作,要求有较高的抗扭强度和较好的综合性能,同时还要能加工成另件所需要的形状和尺寸。扭力杆两端较大,用以加工咬合齿轮。我们就扭力杆的成形方法进行了一些初步调查,并与使用单位一道进行了几次试验。
First, an overview ST1 high-strength titanium alloy with 7% Al, 4% Mo, than the strength, heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, aviation materials used for more than 10 years of history. Since this material is used as an aircraft wing torsion bar, about 40% less weight can be achieved than with alloy structural steel. Therefore, in our 708 engineering design also used the material for aircraft flaps torsion bar. The other pieces of long-term work in a twisted state, requiring a higher torsional strength and better overall performance, but also can be processed into the required shape and size of the other pieces. Torsion bar larger at both ends, used to process occlusion gear. We conducted some preliminary investigations on the forming method of the torsion bar and conducted several tests together with the user.
