小儿腹泻是由多种原因引起的胃肠功能紊乱,以夏秋季发病为多.笔者在临床工作中,运用捏脊加针刺长强穴治疗小儿腹泻10余例,收效甚好,介绍如下:施治方法:①患儿取俯卧位,暴露脊背部,先在脊背部轻轻按摩几遍,使肌肉放松.然后医者用双手拇指桡侧缘顶住皮肤,使拇指、食指、中指三指同时用力,提捏脊柱正中之皮肤,双手交替捻动向前,从腰骶部一直循督脉提提至大椎穴,反复捏脊3～5次.②患儿直接俯卧于家长的双腿上,暴露尾骶部.长强穴严格消毒后,于患儿尾骨端下缘,沿尾骨与直肠之间缓慢进针,刺入5～8分左右,用小幅度快速捻转手法,捻转刺激1分钟左右即可出针.上述治疗方法均为每日一次,三次为
