上海浦东新区副区长(正厅级,分管外经贸等工作)康慧军因严重违纪,被上海市纪委宣布“双规”。浦东新区人大常委会免除其副区长职务。康慧军被免职前担任浦东新区区委委员,副区长、区政府党组成员,在七个副区长中排名第四。他还同时兼任投资项目管理办公室主任、党组书记,以及国家级开发区——金桥出口加工区的管委会主任。通用汽车等大型外资企业都在此开发区内。
