利用金相着色的方法,研究了加热温度和冷却速度对双相钢中外延铁素体相对量的影响,并用透射电镜观察外延铁素体的精细结构。结果表明,双相钢中外延铁素体相对量随加热温度升高和冷却速度下降而增加;外延铁素体中位错密度和沉淀粒子都较残留铁素体中低。
The effects of heating temperature and cooling rate on the relative amounts of the extended ferrite in the dual phase steel were studied by means of metallographic coloring. The fine structure of the extended ferrite was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the relative amount of ductile ferrite in dual phase steel increases with the increase of heating temperature and the decrease of cooling rate. The dislocation density and precipitated particles in epitaxial ferrite are lower than those in residual ferrite.
