咳必定,化学名称为2-甲基-2-苯氧基-2-(4-吗啉)-丙酸乙酯盐酸盐。 文献报道咳必定(国外商品名Morphethylbutyne,α-苯氧基异丁酸的β-吗啉乙酯盐酸盐)在动物试验中显示具有与可待因(Codeine)相类似的镇咳作用,无可待因那样的不良付作用,毒性小,熔点为143~145℃。临床试用(27个病例)证明咳必定具有与可待因相同的镇咳效果。
