以汽轮机冷却叶片材料为研究对象,结合计算机模拟技术,分析了不同铸造工艺下的晶粒细化情况和断漏芯率。结果表明,方案5的浇注系统和工艺参数的匹配度是5种方案中最好的,可作为最终的浇注工艺。
Taking turbine cooling blade material as the research object and combining with computer simulation technology, the grain refinement and broken core rate under different casting processes were analyzed. The results show that the matching of the pouring system and the process parameters of scheme 5 is the best of the five schemes and can be used as the final pouring process.
