At present, the fiscal balance has become a major challenge for the county-level financial sector due to the continual introduction of the fiscal surplus and the expansion of the county level. How to take measures to promote the fiscal balance? Earlier this year, we established a guiding principle for cultivating financial resources, increasing income and saving expenditure and promoting balance. We paid close attention to two aspects of work: first, to solve the problem of fiscal balance in towns and villages. Since the beginning of the year, we have actively assisted townships in researching and developing production and cultivation methods of financial resources. They have seized on projects that invest infrequently and rapidly and have given priority support to make up for lack of financial resources with increased taxes.
