以平菇为试材,选择4种杀虫剂,分别在实验室和菇房条件下研究其对异迟眼蕈蚊的防治效果,并在实验室内考察其对秀珍菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:0.3%印楝素乳油对异迟眼蕈蚊2龄幼虫毒力最高,LC50为13.486mg/L,但对秀珍菇菌丝生长抑制较大,EC50小于9.845mg/L;供试药剂对异迟眼蕈蚊成虫均有防治效果,但3 000IU/mg苏云金杆菌以色列亚种各浓度处理对秀珍菇菌丝生长抑制较大。除虫脲和灭蝇胺对秀珍菇菌丝生长抑制较小,其余均表现较高的安全性。
Taking the mushroom as test material, four kinds of insecticides were selected to study their control effect on M. mirabilis in lab and mushroom house respectively, and their effects on mycelium growth . The results showed that the 0.3% Azadirachtin EC had the highest virulence on the 2nd instar larvae of M. marcescens with an LC50 of 13.486 mg / L, but its inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of S. convulsus was less than 9.845 mg / L. All the adults had the same control effect on the mycoplasma gondii adults, but the mycelia growth of M. suestrus at 3 000 IU / mg Bacillus subtilis was inhibited at different concentrations. Diflubenzuron and cyromazine had little inhibition on the growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis, others showed higher safety.
