服务业的高速发展,高素质服务类人才的紧缺,进一步推动了高职院校服务类专业的发展。为适应社会发展和岗位需求,高职服务类专业建设应以培养“德育首位、能力本位、文化品位”三位一体的服务型专门人才为目标,注重学生职业精神与人文素养联合培育,使学生不仅具备扎实的职业技能,更拥有高尚的职业情操和人文精神。
