在职业学校的教育中,学生职业能力的培养需要全社会的合力,政府要为职业教育提供广阔的空间,企业要切实为职业教育提供对口实习的岗位,学校在学生的知识、技能、素质方面全面培养学生的创新能力,然后才会造就合格的高素质的职业人才。中等职业教育的培养目标是培养生产、服务一线的高素质的劳动者和实用人才,衡量这些人才的标准就是要看他们的综合职业能力。那么如何培养职业能力呢?根据多方调研,结合从教经历,我认为应该从以下方面去做:
