目的分析先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)患儿生长发育与胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)水平。方法测量42例CH患儿(A组)和41例正常儿童(B组)身高、体重等指标,评价生长发育情况;采用放射免疫分析法测定血清IGFBP-3含量。结果两组儿童出生体重、爬行月龄、独走月龄、萌牙月龄、体重、身高、体重指数(BMI)均无统计学差异。在3-7岁儿童中,A组IGFBP-3明显低于B组[(1894.42±518.12)ng/ml vs.(2444.95±899.44)ng/ml](P<0.01)。3-7岁儿童的IGFBP-3水平与体重、身高呈正相关。结论血清IGFBP-3水平与儿童身高、体重有关。经过早期诊治的CH儿童,生长发育可达正常水平,但其IGFBP-3仍可能偏低。
Objective To analyze the growth and development of insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) in children with congenital hypothyroidism (CH). Methods The height and weight of 42 CH children (group A) and 41 normal children (group B) were measured to evaluate the growth and development. The content of serum IGFBP-3 was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results There was no significant difference in birth weight, crawling age, solitary age, adolescent age, weight, height and body mass index (BMI) between the two groups. In children aged 3-7, IGFBP-3 in group A was significantly lower than that in group B [(1894.42 ± 518.12) ng / ml vs. (2444.95 ± 899.44) ng / ml] (P <0.01). IGFBP-3 levels in 3-7-year-old children were positively correlated with body weight and height. Conclusion The level of serum IGFBP-3 is related to the height and weight of children. After the early diagnosis and treatment of CH children up to normal levels of growth and development, but its IGFBP-3 may still be low.
