氯丙嗪的流动注射光化学反应在一编结反应器中进行,该反应器盘绕在一荧光灯上并接受由该灯发出的最大幅射波长为365nm的紫外线照射。用253.0nm的激发波长和374.5 nm的荧光波长在线测定光化学反应产物的荧光强度。在最佳条件下,检测限(3σ)为5.4μg/L,采样速率为90次/h,1mg/L的分析物11次测定的相对标准偏差为0.5%,动态线性范围为0.01~6.00mg/L。所建立的方法已成功地用于片剂和针剂中盐酸氯丙嗪含量的测定。
The flow injection photochemical reaction of chlorpromazine was carried out in a braided reactor which was coiled on a fluorescent lamp and subjected to UV irradiation of a maximum wavelength of 365 nm emitted by the lamp. The fluorescence intensity of the photochemical reaction product was measured on-line with an excitation wavelength of 253.0 nm and a fluorescence wavelength of 374.5 nm. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit (3σ) was 5.4μg / L, the sampling rate was 90 times / h, the relative standard deviation of 11 times of 1 mg / L analyte was 0.5%, and the dynamic linear range was 0 .01 ~ 6.00mg / L. The established method has been successfully used in the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride tablets and injections.
