目的:探讨超声在婴幼儿泌尿系结石诊断中的价值。方法:2008-09/2008-10山东省淄博市妇幼保健院超声科共筛查服用含三聚氰胺奶粉的婴幼儿4 358名,诊断为肾结石67例,诊断为肾结石观察者157例。结果:67例肾结石患儿,超声显示肾集合系统内密集或散在点状强回声、点片状或团状强回声,伴或不伴声衰或肾积水;157例肾结石观察患儿仅显示点状或片状偏强回声。结论:超声诊断婴幼儿泌尿系结石简便、迅速、无创伤、准确性高。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary stones in infants and young children. METHODS: From September 2008 to October 2008, 4 358 infants and young children with melamine milk powder were enrolled in the Department of Ultrasound, Zibo MCH Hospital, Shandong Province. Sixty-seven cases were diagnosed as kidney stones and 157 cases were diagnosed as kidney stones. Results: In 67 cases of children with kidney stones, ultrasound showed dense or scattered spot-like echogenicity in the renal collecting system, with lamellar or bulky echoes, with or without acoustic decay or hydronephrosis; 157 cases of children with kidney stones Only show punctate or patchy strong echo. Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis of infant urinary stones is simple, rapid, non-invasive, high accuracy.
