铬酸盐急性中毒之病例国内报导极少.我院收治铬酸钠烧伤1例,中毒极为严重,内脏变化较多,报导如下:病历摘要患者袁××,男,26岁,工人,病案号147442。于1961年9月4日因失足跌入83℃之铬酸钠溶液地槽中(含铬酸钠500克/升),约经两分钟,两下肢及下腹部被烧伤,即用清水及5%硫代硫酸钠液冲洗。伤后1(1/2)小时急诊入院,检查血压140/80毫米汞柱,脉搏96次/分,呼吸24次/分,患者烦躁不安。烧伤创面包括整个左下肢,右下肢大部,以及下腹、会阴及臀部散在伤.当时两足及小腿呈深二度伤,其余创面呈浅二度。水泡液为橙黄色。伤后两小时胸部肌肉颤动,两上肢僵直性抽搐,呼吸困难,口唇发绀。经大量氧气吸入等抢救措施,30分钟后好转。静脉点滴输入4号冬眠合剂后,用肥皂液及大量生理盐水冲洗创面,清除水泡液,两下肢包扎。醒后患者感觉疼痛剧烈,头晕,(口恶)心。入院后立即作化验检查:红细胞638万,血色素20.9克,白细胞23,100,发现中毒颗粒及空泡变性。嗜伊红细
