实证研究表明,组织内的分散知识的有效转移与整合,对提高组织绩效和创新能力起着重要的作用。本文从博弈论与复杂适应系统理论与方法出发,首先建构了组织成员的知识转移博弈行为模型,描述微观环境下组织成员在知识转移上的“自适应”决策模式;采取Multi-Agent整体仿真建模的方法,通过Swarm工具模拟组织成员行为及相互作用;最后根据仿真结果,揭示组织系统中“自下而上”“涌现”的知识特性、组织特性与社会网络特性对组织知识转移影响情况,并明确了几个知识管理中的关键问题。
Empirical studies show that the effective transfer and integration of decentralized knowledge in organizations plays an important role in improving organizational performance and innovation.
