为了克服抗寒测定中诸多干扰因子,探讨新的途径筛选抗寒株系,以不同抗寒性柑桔类型的愈伤组织进行低温锻炼与冰凉处理试验,结果表明:柑桔愈伤组织对低温敏感,半致死,致死温度在-2℃,-4℃左右,不抗寒的尤力克柠檬5℃处理时就有冷害发生。5℃锻炼两周是当前柑桔愈伤组织抗寒差异性充分表观的必要条件,锻炼后,电导,K~+,TTC测定值及电镜下的细胞超微结构变化均能与柑桔抗寒性一致,过氧化物酶活性也一定程度地同抗寒性相关。试验显示,
