采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水+冰乙酸+三乙胺(体积比49.8︰49.8︰0.2︰0.2)为流动相,使用C18色谱柱,在254 nm波长下对33%烯酰·嘧菌酯悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:烯酰吗啉和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998,变异系数为0.12%和1.06%,平均回收率为99.65%和99.53%。
High performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile + water + glacial acetic acid + triethylamine (49.8︰49.8︰0.2︰0.2 by volume) as the mobile phase, C18 column at 254 nm wavelength of 33% enoyl-pyrimidine The bacterial ester suspension was quantified. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dimethomorph and azoxystrobin were 0.9997 and 0.9998 respectively, the coefficients of variation were 0.12% and 1.06%. The average recoveries were 99.65% and 99.53% respectively.
