当今的学生大多是独生子女,他们思想活跃、好奇心强、兴趣广泛、重视学习,具有独立意识和自主精神,这是他们的长处。但同时很多学生习惯以自我为中心,缺乏团结协作分工配合的团队精神与合作意识,按自己的意志行事,希望得到别人的支持却忽视别人的感受。这样的心理品质和行为习惯远远不适应社会发展的要求。走出校门步入社会的学子发现,学识固然重要,但与他人团结协作的能力更为重要,一个具有合作意识的人往往可以更快地形成凝聚力。
Most of today’s students are only children. They are active, curious, have a wide range of interests, attach importance to study, have an independent mind and self-determination, and these are their strengths. However, at the same time, many students are accustomed to taking self-centeredness and lack of teamwork and cooperation awareness of unity and cooperation, acting according to their own will, hoping to get the support of others and ignore the feelings of others. Such psychological quality and behavior habits are far from meeting the requirements of social development. Students who step out of school and enter the community find that although knowledge is important, the ability to work in unison with others is even more important.
