胡锦涛同志最近提出,要在全党大力弘扬求真务实精神、大兴求真务实之风。如何使党委中心组学习真正做到求真务实,学以致用,是加强党委自身建设,不断提高各级党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力的关键。去年以来,我院党委为解决工学矛盾和工学“两张皮”这一老大难问题,真正使党委中心组学习做到理论联系实际,不摆花架子,从端正学风入手,坚持学用结合,紧密结合“二次建院”实际,下大力气改进党委中心组学习的理念、内容、方法、风气和机制,努力创建学习型党委,有力地推动了医院的全面建设和协调发展。
