绩效工资是工资模块中最具激励性的模块,通过实施绩效薪酬,一些公司调动了员工的工作热情,提高了绩效。绩效工资以岗位测评结果为基础,根据绩效考核结果浮动发放,将岗位价值与部门、个人绩效表现结合起来,使工资保证了内部公平性。本文从企业薪酬制度中绩效工资模块设计的角度出发,概述了一般企业中绩效工资设计的流程和部门、个人绩效工资设计的办法。
Performance Pay is the most motivating module in the salary module. Through the implementation of performance pay, some companies have mobilized their enthusiasm and improved their performance. Based on the result of post evaluation, the performance salary is distributed floatingly according to the result of performance evaluation, which combines the post value with the performance of department and individual to ensure the internal equity of salary. Based on the design of the performance pay module in the enterprise salary system, this article outlines the general process of the performance pay design and the methods of designing departmental and individual performance pay.
