全部在车间内进行制造和检验的重量超过1000吨的超大型压力容器已准备就绪,即将运往建设现场。从结构设计观点看,采用锻造筒节和整体封头与板焊压力容器相比,其完整性大为提高,特别是对于高温高压用的大型压力容器更是如此。对于比重油深度加工装置要求更为严苛的高温高压加氢装置(例如煤转化过程装置),采用了新开发成功的钢种3Cr—1Mo—1/4V—Ti—B。近年来,在革新大型超重压力容器运输和安装技术的同时,不会降低成品容器质量的现场制造方法也是可行的。运输能力的增大,设计,材料和制造技术的进步是以上成就的原因。本文从设计、材料和制造等方面论述大型加氢压力容器的制造,并以几台重达1200吨的大型反应器的运输作为典型示例。
All oversized pressure vessels weighing more than 1,000 tons manufactured and inspected in the workshop are ready for shipment to the construction site. From the structural design point of view, the use of forged cylinder head and the overall head and board welding pressure vessel compared to greatly improve its integrity, especially for high temperature and pressure for large pressure vessels even more so. The newly developed steel 3Cr-1Mo-1 / 4V-Ti-B is used for the more demanding HTHP hydroprocessing units (such as coal conversion process units) for heavy oil deep processing units. In recent years, on-site manufacturing methods that do not reduce the quality of the finished product container are also feasible while innovating the technology of shipping and installing large, overweight pressure vessels. Increasing transport capabilities, advances in design, materials and manufacturing technology are the reasons for this achievement. This article discusses the manufacture of large hydrostatic pressure vessels from the aspects of design, materials and manufacturing, with the typical example of the transport of several large reactors weighing up to 1,200 tons.
