随着国际间交流的不断增强,以及对外开放的不断深入,涉外法律业务越来越多,各政法院校本着培养既懂法律又通英语的复合型人才的目标开设了英语课程,尽管开设了专业法律英语课程,以提高的学生的涉外法律事务能力,但英语教学实践离现实的需要还相差甚远。明确政法院校英语课程定位,是政法类院校特色的英语课程的前提和核心,只有明确了课程定位,才能正确地进行教学内容改革、教学方法和手段的改进,以及课程评价,考核方式的确定等。本文从政法院校的特点出发,结合社会对政法人才的需求和政法院校英语教育定位的问题,对政法院校英语课程建设的内容进行了一些探讨。
With the continuous enhancement of international exchanges and deepening of the opening up to the outside world, more and more foreign-related legal businesses have been established. All political and legal colleges and universities set up English-language courses based on the goal of training compound talents who know both laws and English. Professional legal English courses to improve students’ ability of foreign legal affairs, but English teaching practice is far from the reality needs. It is the prerequisite and core of the English course with the characteristics of politics and law that the definite English course of politics and law colleges and universities is clear. Only when the orientation of the course is clear, can the reform of the teaching content, the improvement of the teaching method and method, the evaluation of the course, OK and so on. Based on the characteristics of colleges and universities of politics and law, this article discusses the contents of the construction of English curriculum in colleges and universities of politics and law according to the demand of social and political talents and the orientation of English education in colleges and universities of politics and law.
