近年来,由于渔业科技和管理手段落后、思想观念陈旧、资源开发不当等因素的影响,我国近海生态环境日益恶化,渔业资源日趋衰竭。针对以上问题,必须高度重视海洋环境保护,加大综合整治力度,加强海洋科技研究,依法适度有序开发,依靠全社会的共同努力,推动近海渔业资源可持续发展。
In recent years, due to the backward technology and management tools in fisheries, outdated ideas and concepts, improper exploitation of resources and other factors, the coastal ecological environment in China is deteriorating day by day, and fishery resources are increasingly depleted. In view of the above problems, we must attach great importance to the protection of the marine environment, intensify the comprehensive rectification efforts, strengthen research in marine science and technology and develop in a proper and orderly manner in accordance with the law and rely on the concerted efforts of the whole society to promote the sustainable development of offshore fishery resources.
