40岁的王先生患糖尿病10多年,血糖控制时好时坏。前一阵子在家看电视,发现左眼前好像有很多的小飞虫且眼前一片黑红,以为会慢慢好转,就一直用另一只眼睛代偿。结果两个月后,右眼突然视力下降,只能看到影子晃动。去医院检查,由于糖尿病视网膜病变,左眼已经发展为新生血管性青光眼,视力已无法挽回;右眼已发展到了糖尿病视网膜病变的晚期,由于耽误了治疗时机,视力也无法得到改善。
Mr. Wang, 40, is suffering from diabetes for more than 10 years, with good and bad glycemic control. A while ago watching TV at home and found the left eye seems to have a lot of small insects and a black and red eyes, that will be slowly improved, it has been compensated with the other eye. Results two months later, the sudden reduction of visual acuity in the right eye, can only see the shadow shaking. Go to the hospital for examination, due to diabetic retinopathy, the left eye has developed into neovascular glaucoma, vision has been irreparable; the right eye has developed to advanced diabetic retinopathy, due to delayed treatment timing, visual acuity can not be improved.
