依托文化体制改革以及更为宏大的政治、经济体制改革的背景,中国传媒业正在经历着一次从“媒体经营”到“经营媒体”的蜕变,这是一次从“量”到“质”的蜕变,蜕变的实质是传媒的产业化。一、节目市场化在传媒产业正在成为信息经济时代的主导产业的今天,随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,电视传媒必须要走产业化发展之路,即必须遵循一般产业发展的基本规律,利用市场手段促进传媒资源的合理配置,进而实现产业的发展。
