作者对47例进行性系统性硬皮症(PSS)患者作了回顾性检查,47例中31例有弥漫性硬皮病,16例有CREST综合征,31例弥漫性硬皮病中8例有肌炎,而CREST患者均无肌炎.诊断肌炎的根据有血清CPK升高或醛缩酶增高,而且至少具有以下一个特点:①近端肌无力;②肌病性肌电图;③肌肉活检异常.8例中有3例在肌炎的同时伴发心肌炎,其余23例弥漫性硬皮病及所有CREST患者在临床病程中均没有肌炎和心肌炎的证据.诊断心肌
The authors performed a retrospective review of 47 patients with progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS).
