近年来,航空公司面临不停招人、人又在不停流失的尴尬局面。根源在于管理出了问题,在新经济背景下面对90后新生代,改进旧有机械式、家长式管理模式,实施人性化管理已势在必行。本文从员工招聘、培训、激励及人文环境营造等角度进行探讨,并给出了意见与建议。
In recent years, airlines are faced with the constant embarrassment of non-stop recruitment of people. The root causes lie in the problems of management, facing the new generation in the new economy, improving the old mechanical and paternalistic management mode, and implementing humanized management is imperative. This article explores employee recruitment, training, motivation and human environment construction and gives comments and suggestions.
