小麦叶片是进行光合作用制造有机物的主要器官,干物质积累量与叶面积大小有密切关系。目前,在小麦栽培、育种及生理研究中,常进行叶面积的测定,而测定叶面积的方法又有许多种,它们间差异如何?哪种方法更切实可行?尚不够清楚。本试验系采用鲜重法、干重法、长宽法、纸重法、求积仪法等五种,试图比较不同方法所测定结果的差异,找出不同条件下较适宜的测定方法,为生产实践服务。
