以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(MDI)为原料,1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂。合成了聚丁-二烯型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体PU(HTPB),并用正交偏光显微镜、电子显微镜,红外光谱、差示扫描量热计、动态力学谱等方法,研究了PU(HTPB)的结构与形态,并分析了其影响因素。结果表明,PU(HTPB)具有微观相分离,一次成型后局部出现微小结晶,该晶体呈放射状球形结构,二次成型后结晶消失。此外,PU(HTPB)的两个玻璃化温度(-34℃和195℃)及一级交联键均影响PU(HTPB)本体的内部形态。
Hydroxyl polybutadiene (HTPB) and diphenylmethane-4,4’-diisocyanate (MDI) as raw materials, 1,4-butanediol as chain extender. Polybutadiene-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer PU (HTPB) was synthesized and its structure was studied by orthogonal polarization microscopy And morphology, and analyzed its influencing factors. The results show that PU (HTPB) phase separation occurs microscopically. After the first forming, tiny crystals appear locally. The crystals are radially spherical and disappear after secondary forming. In addition, two glass transition temperatures (-34 ℃ and 195 ℃) and primary crosslinks of PU (HTPB) all affect the internal morphology of PU (HTPB) bulk.
