剖宫产术后子宫下段瘢痕的形态异常与组织强度的不足限制了再次妊娠的阴道试产。本文综述了子宫瘢痕处平滑肌细胞与胞外基质(如胶原含量与胶原交联等)的组织特征,及瘢痕子宫下段的生物力学(如刚度、屈服强度、拉伸强度)特征。本文旨在阐述子宫切口瘢痕形成过程,以便采取措施,如使用生物材料与改进子宫缝合方式方法等,提高子宫下段瘢痕愈合的组织强度。
Cesarean section after the lower uterine scar morphology and tissue strength of the lack of limited pregnancy again vaginal trial. This article reviews the histological features of the uterine scar smooth muscle cells and extracellular matrix (such as collagen content and collagen cross-linked, etc.), and biomechanical characteristics (such as stiffness, yield strength, tensile strength) of the lower uterine scar. This paper aims to explain the process of uterine incision scar formation in order to take measures, such as the use of biological materials and improve uterine suture method, to improve the tissue strength of the lower uterine scar healing.
