目的观察一种中药抗菌洗液杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该中药抗菌洗液杀菌效果进行了检测。结果该洗液以体积分数60%乙醇中加入适量土荆皮、苦参、蛇床子等中药成分,为偏碱性溶液。以该中药抗菌洗液原液作用1 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值≥5.00;作用2 min对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值≥5.00。将该抗菌洗液于37℃保存三个月后,对四种试验菌株的杀灭率无明显下降。结论该中药抗菌洗液具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of an antibacterial lotion of traditional Chinese medicine and provide the basis for its practical application. After the antibacterial lotion was stored at 37 ° C for three months, there was no significant decrease in the killing rate of the four tested strains. Conclusion The Chinese medicine antibacterial lotion has a good bactericidal effect, stable performance.
