目的:探讨不同包装材料、不同存贮状态对熟地黄饮片质量稳定性的影响,建立熟地黄最佳贮存养护方法。方法:分别采用3种不同包装材料将熟地黄贮存于3种不同温度及2种密闭环境中,采用HPLC指纹图谱技术,以熟地黄指标性成分毛蕊花糖苷为评价指标,评价不同包装材料、不同存贮状态对熟地黄饮片质量稳定性的影响。结果:PTP铝箔、真空、冷藏条件下毛蕊花糖苷含量最高分别为(0.028±0.011)%,(0.026±0.016)%,(0.025±0.014)%。毛蕊花糖苷含量高低顺序为PTP铝箔>聚乙烯塑料袋>牛皮凝膜纸;真空状态>非真空状态;冷藏条件>阴凉条件>常温条件。熟地黄最佳贮存养护条件为PTP铝箔包装,真空冷藏。结论:该优选条件下,熟地黄饮片质量稳定,可为实际生产中贮存熟地黄提供试验依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different packaging materials and storage conditions on the quality stability of Rehmannia glutinosa cutis Pieces, and to establish the best storage and conservation methods of Rehmannia glutinosa. Methods: Rehmannia glutinosa were stored in three different temperature and two kinds of closed environment using three kinds of different packaging materials respectively. HPLC fingerprinting was used to evaluate the different packaging materials and different storage materials Effect of storage status on quality stability of Rehmannia glutinosa decoction pieces. Results: The contents of verbascoside in PTP aluminum foil were (0.028 ± 0.011)%, (0.026 ± 0.016)% and (0.025 ± 0.014)%, respectively, under vacuum and refrigerated conditions. The order of verbascoside glycosides was PTP aluminum foil> polyethylene plastic bag> cowhide coagulation paper; vacuum state> non-vacuum state; refrigerated condition> cool condition> normal temperature condition. Rehmannia best storage and conservation conditions PTP aluminum foil packaging, vacuum refrigeration. Conclusion: Under the optimal conditions, the quality of the rehmannia glutinosa cuttlefish slices is stable, which can provide the experimental basis for the storage of Rehmannia glutinosa in actual production.
