在常温下实现了6063铝合金的无铬化学转化处理,处理液无需另外添加氧化剂而性能稳定,3 min内快速成膜,转化膜为黑灰色,解决了Zr转化膜的着色问题。通过SEM,XRD,XPS及电化学工作站分析表征锆转化膜。结果表明,膜层由Al,Al2O3,Al F3,KZr F3(OH)2·H2O及KZr F3O·2H2O组成,Zr转化膜耐腐蚀性能比铝合金提高了两个数量级;膜层具有双层结构,结构电路为R1+R2+C2/R2+M3。通过外加电源破坏该转化膜,发现Zr转化膜在自然环境及Na Cl溶液中可进行自我修复。
The chromium-free chemical conversion treatment of 6063 aluminum alloy was achieved at room temperature. The treatment solution was stable without adding any additional oxidizing agent and quickly formed into a film in 3 min. The conversion film was dark gray and solved the coloring problem of Zr conversion film. Zirconium conversion coatings were characterized by SEM, XRD, XPS and electrochemical workstation analysis. The results show that the film consists of Al, Al2O3, Al F3, KZr F3 (OH) 2 · H2O and KZr F3O · 2H2O. The corrosion resistance of the Zr conversion coating is two orders of magnitude higher than that of the aluminum alloy. The structure of the circuit is R1 + R2 + C2 / R2 + M3. Through the application of power to destroy the conversion coating, Zr conversion coating was found to be self-healing in natural environment and NaCl solution.
