拜读了《世界华人消化杂志》2000年5月,第8卷,第5期,605～606页。由刘宪玲等撰写的全结肠连续性克隆病1例一文后,联系我科在1999-10从301医院转入的患者为同一人(鞠岩),其基本情况与刘宪玲等所叙述的患者完全一致,我们认为该文的诊断有待商榷,在此予以更正,以飨读者。该文中所提患者系解放军第四军医大学学员,女,21岁.山东省济南市人。发病到第四军医大学西京医院诊治的所有病历均诊断为克隆病,并经正规治疗2mo不见好转。于1999-08转入北京解放军301医院消化科,科内会诊分析考虑,溃疡性结肠炎与克
