本文以马克思的地租理论为出发点,说明了城市土地同样存在绝对地租与级差地租,并且城市地租与房地产的区位选择有着重要的联系,最后以四川省南充市房地产的区位选择为例来阐述这种互动关系。
This article takes Marx’s theory of rent as the starting point, which shows that there is also absolute land rent and differential rent in urban land. And the relationship between urban land rent and the choice of real estate has an important connection. Finally, this paper takes the location selection of real estate in Nanchong City as an example interaction.
