为探索 C49 S两系杂交小麦 F1代育性的恢复问题, 从1995~1997 年进行了广泛的测交、强优组合筛选和人工控制试验。结果认为, 绝大多数常规小麦品种都是 C49 S的恢复系。但恢复度的高低与父本耐冷性的强弱关系密切。杂种 F1代的耐冷性, 强于母本, 弱于父本, 界于双亲不育临界值的平均水平, 双亲不育临界值低的组合易恢复, 不育临界值高的组合恢复较差。但有极少数杂种 F1代表现异常, 在正季播种条件下表现出高度不育, 这与双亲温光敏核不育等位基因累加效应有密切关系。与此相反, 有少数组合杂种 F1代结实完全正常, 耐冷性达到或超过父本水平。
In order to explore the restoration of F1 fertility in C49S two-line hybrid wheat, a wide range of cross-fertilization crosses, high-strength combination screening and artificial control trials were conducted from 1995 to 1997. The results suggest that the vast majority of conventional wheat varieties are C49S restorer lines. However, the level of recovery is closely related to the strength of cold tolerance of male parent. The cold tolerance of hybrid F1 was stronger than that of female parent and weaker than that of male parent, which was on the average of the critical value of parental infertility. The combinations with low parental infertility threshold were easy to recover and the combinations with high infertility threshold were poorly recovered. However, there are very few F1 hybrids present abnormalities, showing high infertility in the seeding season, which is closely related to the additive effect of the thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile alleles. In contrast, a few combinations of F1 hybrids were completely normal and cold-tolerant at or above their paternal level.
