中国社会发展科学研究会减灾专业委员会于1994年1月10日在北京成立。该专业委员会由从事灾害及社会经济研究和管理的专家组成。其主要任务是进行信息与学术交流,组织协调有关单位和不同领域的科学家研究社会发展中的减灾问题,为政府提供高级咨询,并促进减灾社会化。初步规划的研究内容主要包括:灾害预测、预报;防灾、抗灾工程;灾害与社会;灾害与经济;企业减灾与行业减灾等。
China Society for Social Development Research Society disaster reduction committee was established in Beijing on January 10, 1994. The professional committee is composed of experts engaged in disaster and socio-economic research and management. Its main tasks are information and academic exchanges, organization and coordination of relevant units and scientists from different fields to study disaster reduction in social development, provide advanced advice to the government and promote socialization of disaster reduction. Preliminary planning of the study include: disaster prediction, forecasting; disaster prevention and disaster relief projects; disasters and society; disasters and economy; business disaster reduction and industry disaster reduction.
