31例小儿急性白血病细胞进行了超微结构细胞化学研究结果表明,电镜下观察超微结构及超微结构细胞化学,有助于发现一些早期分化特征以及少见类型的白血病,超微结构细胞化学较光镜组化更为敏感,髓过氧化物因反应及其定位有助于区别急淋和原粒细胞白血病以及总粒的不同亚型。酸性磷酸酶为急单细胞的早期分化特征,部分病例还做了超激结构形态定量分析,结果表明,急性白血病细胞与非白血病细胞之间核体密度、核比表面有显著性差异。
The ultrastructural cytochemistry study of 31 children with acute leukemia cells showed that ultrastructural and ultrastructural cytochemistry were observed under electron microscope, which could help to find some early differentiation features and rare types of leukemia. The ultrastructural cytochemistry Light microscopic histochemistry is more sensitive, myeloperoxide due to the reaction and its location help distinguish acute lymphoblastic leukemia and different subtypes of total grain. Acid phosphatase is the characteristics of early differentiation of acute monocytic cells. In some cases, quantitative analysis of super-structural forms has also been performed. The results show that there are significant differences in nuclear density and nucleus surface between acute leukemia cells and non-leukemic cells.
