在实际工作中,正确计算和比较不同时期的发病高峰,对摸索流行规律和制订防治措施都十分重要。本文用园形分布法和向量合成——集中度同时分析我县几种传染病的发病时间、频率特征,进而对两种方法进行比较和评价。园形分布法的计算公式、计算表、集中度计算公式分别参照文献。供分析的资料是我县1980～
In practical work, the correct calculation and comparison of peak incidence in different periods is very important for exploring the epidemic rules and formulating prevention and control measures. In this paper, we analyzed the onset time and frequency characteristics of several infectious diseases in our county by the method of circular distribution and vector synthesis-concentration, and then compared and evaluated the two methods. The calculation method of garden distribution method, calculation table and calculation formula of concentration are respectively referred to the literature.
