采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备 Ce O2 - Ti O2 复合氧化物催化剂 ,取代贵金属催化剂在不同工艺下制备气敏催化元件 ,研究在 C4 H1 0 气氛中催化剂浓度和制备工艺对气敏催化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,Ce O2 - Ti O2 复合氧化剂具有气敏催化活性 ,用它制作的催化元件的灵敏度与催化剂浓度、载体焙烧温度及表面改性等因素有关 .选择最佳制备条件 ,其灵敏度相当于贵金属催化剂的灵敏度 ,同时具有良好的抗毒性
CeO2 - TiO2 composite oxide catalysts were prepared by sol - gel method instead of noble metal catalysts. Gas - sensing catalytic elements were prepared under different processes and the effects of catalyst concentration and preparation process on gas - sensitive catalytic performance in C4 H1 0 atmosphere were investigated. The results show that the catalytic activity of Ce O2 - Ti O2 composite gas has a gas - sensitive catalytic activity, and the sensitivity of the catalytic element prepared by it is related to the catalyst concentration, carrier calcination temperature and surface modification, etc. The optimal preparation conditions are the same as the sensitivities of noble metal The sensitivity of the catalyst at the same time has good anti-toxicity
