在三坐标测量机(CMM)上对一套凸轮进行了精密测量,然后利用处理后的测量数据,采用带光顺项的最小二乘B样条拟合算法在三维CAD软件环境中实现了凸轮的实体模型重构。最后生成了凸轮的二维工程图,完成了精密凸轮的逆向设计。
A set of cams was precisely measured on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and then processed using the least squares B-spline fitting algorithm with smoothing terms in a three-dimensional CAD software environment The reconstruction of the solid model. Finally, a two-dimensional drawing of the cam was generated and the reverse design of the precision cam was completed.
