9月10日,1998年度全省审计书刊发行工作座谈会在宜昌召开。参加会议的有各地、市、州审计局刊物发行负责同志部分县、市代表。省厅办公室和《湖北审计》编辑部部分同志到会。梁正明厅长作了书面讲话,黄道国副厅长到会并讲话。梁正明厅长在书面讲话中首先指出要进一步做好审计刊物发行工作,他说:我省的发行工作,多年来处于全国的前列,多次受到审计署的表彰。虽然我省的发行工作取得了成绩,但与适应我省审计工作的发展还有差距。因此各级领导要充分重视,要分工一名局领导具体抓,在刊物发行期间,要相对集中人员和时间。办公室在发行期间要以主要精力抓好发行工
