在微波精密测量和顺磁共振波谱仪中,通常要求有频率稳定的微波振荡源.一般都采用电子电路把反射速调管所产生的振荡频率自动稳定在高Q微波谐振腔的器谐振频率上.由于微波谐振腔的谐振频率可以连续进行微调,故稳定后的速调管的振荡频率也可在速调管电子调谐范围内连续微调.在很多实验工作中,采用这种稳频系统是比较方便的.
