用八溴二苯醚(OBDPO)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)的复配阻燃剂、导电炭黑(CB)、滑石粉(Talc)与聚丙烯(PP)熔融挤出制备阻燃抗静电聚丙烯。分别研究复配阻燃剂含量、CB含量和Talc含量对复合材料的垂直燃烧性能、表面电阻率及热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明:当复合材料中复配阻燃剂、CB及Talc质量含量分别为30%、8%、6%时,体系的垂直燃烧性能达到FV-0级,同时表面电阻率达到3.14×104Ω。
Flame retardant and antistatic agent were prepared by melt extrusion of octabromodiphenyl ether (OBDPO) and antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) with flame retardant, conductive carbon black (CB), talc and polypropylene (PP) Polypropylene. The effects of compound flame retardant content, CB content and Talc content on the vertical burning properties, surface resistivity and thermal stability of the composites were investigated. The results show that when the composite flame retardant, CB and Talc mass content are 30%, 8%, 6%, respectively, the vertical burning performance of the system reaches FV-0, and the surface resistivity reaches 3.14 × 104Ω .
