目的观察复方红藤颗粒(红藤、大黄、金银花,等)对小鼠肠蠕动以及镇痛的影响,进一步观察对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用以及对大鼠发热体温的影响。方法碳末推进实验和湿粪计数实验考察肠蠕动影响;醋酸扭体法考察对小鼠的镇痛作用;观察复方红藤颗粒对三硝基苯磺酸诱导的溃疡性结肠炎大鼠损伤组织的修复作用;干酵母实验观察其对发热大鼠体温的降温作用。结果湿粪计数、炭末排出时间结果显示复方红藤颗粒低、中、高剂量组与正常组、乳果糖对照组比较有显著差异性,且不同剂量间比较也有一定差异性;镇痛实验结果显示,复方红藤颗粒低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较小鼠扭体次数均有显著性差异;抗炎实验结果显示,各治疗组溃疡减少,黏膜充血、水肿、炎症细胞浸润程度减轻,伴轻度肉芽组织增生,且高剂量组明显优于模型组;干酵母实验结果显示复方红藤颗粒能使大鼠的体温降低。结论复方红藤颗粒对小鼠有一定的镇痛作用,使小鼠肠蠕动功能增强。并能够降低发热大鼠的体温,对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Radix (Red cress, rhubarb, honeysuckle, etc.) on intestinal peristalsis and analgesia in mice and further observe the therapeutic effect on the ulcerative colitis in rats and its effect on body temperature in rats. Methods Carbon powder propulsion experiment and wet manure counting experiment were conducted to investigate the effect of intestinal peristalsis. Acetic acid writhing method was used to investigate the analgesic effect on mice. The effects of Fufang Hongtong Granule on the expression of TNF-α in rat model of ulcerative colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid Of the repair role; dry yeast experiment to observe its cooling effect on body temperature in rats with fever. Results The results of wet manure count and carbon discharge time showed that there were significant differences between the low, middle and high doses of compound Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in comparison with the normal group and the lactulose control group, and there were also some differences among different dosages. The analgesic results The results showed that there were significant differences in writhing times among the low, medium and high dose groups of Compound Radix Granule and the model group. Anti-inflammatory experimental results showed that ulcer decreased, mucosal congestion, edema and inflammatory cell infiltration decreased in each treatment group , Accompanied by mild granulation tissue hyperplasia, and high-dose group was significantly better than the model group; dry yeast experimental results show that compound Radix Granule can reduce body temperature in rats. Conclusion Compound Radix Granule has some analgesic effects on mice, which can improve intestinal peristalsis in mice. And can reduce the body temperature of rats with fever, the rat ulcerative colitis has a better therapeutic effect.
