通过一台DZL4—1.27型锅炉烟管腐蚀穿孔现象,对管辖地区2008年卧式快装锅炉定检报告进行了统计分析,分析了腐蚀发生的机理和影响腐蚀的因素,并提出处理建议。
The corrosion and perforation phenomenon of a smoke pipe of a DZL4-1.27 boiler was analyzed. The statistic analysis of horizontal quick boilers in 2008 in jurisdiction areas was carried out. The mechanism of corrosion and the factors affecting the corrosion were analyzed and the treatment suggestions were put forward.
