实验用稻草作培养料,采用塑料盆栽。试验处理:①培养料1.5斤,菌种0.3斤。第一层料0.4斤,菌种0.07斤;第二层料0.6斤,菌种0.13斤;第三层料0.5斤,菌种0.1斤。②培养料同处理①,菌种是:一层0.07斤,二层0.1斤,三层0.13斤:③培养料1.8斤,菌种0.6斤。第一层料0.6斤,菌种0.1斤;第二层料0.6斤,菌种0.2斤;第三层料0.6斤,菌种0.3斤。④培养料和菌种数量均与处理③相同,但层次不同,第一层菌种0.15斤,第二层0.25斤,第三层0.20斤。
Experiments with straw for culture materials, plastic pots. Test treatment: ① training material 1.5 kg, 0.3 kg strain.
