很多老年人,晚上睡觉容易出现失眠多梦的情况,有几个小窍门可以帮助解决这个问题。注意睡姿以右侧卧尤好,有利于肌肉组织松弛,消除疲劳,帮助胃中食物朝十二指肠方向推动,还能避免心脏受压。舒展上下肢,将躯干伸直,勿将手压在胸部,不宜抱头枕肘,双下肢避免交叉或弯曲。选择卧具老年人易生骨关节疾患,应以睡木板床为宜。上垫床褥宜柔软、平坦、厚薄适中,过厚易引起虚热内生,太薄则易受寒气外袭。枕头宜有适度弹性。
