输尿管异位开口,常见的临床表现是在不能控制溢尿的同时有正常排尿。该病较为少见,除多伴发重肾双输尿管畸形外,也常并有其他泌尿系畸形。我院于1983年3月治疗1例右肾先天性发育不全、单一肾(?)输尿管阴道开口。现报道于下。患者女,11岁,一岁开始除正常分次排尿外,兼有少量持续滴尿。1983年3月15日就诊于我院,拟诊“先天性输尿管异位开口”。入院体检无特殊发现,观察外阴见阴道口间歇地流出少量尿液。膀胱尿常规检查正常,血检尿素氮肌酐正常。静脉注射靛胭脂20
